Lesley Ann Brandt, born on December 2, 1981 is a model and an actor who has been featured in a variety of TV series as well as movies. Brandt has made her American debut in Spartacus: Blood and Sand, a period drama. Her acting career in New Zealand in the show Diplomatic Immunity. The actress has appeared on a lot of television shows in the past decade, including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies as well as The Librarians. In 2016 Brandt has played the character as Mazikeen in the urban fantasy series Lucifer which stars Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was was raised in Cape Town South Africa and after that, she moved to Auckland New Zealand with her family as a teenager. She began her career as a model when she appeared in print advertisements and commercials. She worked as a consultant for IT recruitment and also in retail prior to becoming well-known as a fashion model. In 2009 she was cast in a New Zealand television sitcom called Diplomatic Immunity as Leilani. In 2021 she appeared in Spartacus Blood and Sand as the young slave girl named Naevia. The role of Naevia has also been reprised by her in the Spartacus miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker starred alongside her in three television shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In the year 2016, Mazikeen was cast as the bounty hunter for Netflix's cult series Lucifer. It is her largest role so far. The show features her co-starring with Tom Ellis Lauren german Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
